All of our products are made to order. This means each item is printed specifically for you once an order is placed.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
Change of mind / incorrect sizing
Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

Personal preference

Items that meet the product description but do not meet personal expectations
Please refer carefully to the size guide and product descriptions before placing your order.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
UK Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Where an item is faulty or not as described, your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
